About Us
Aliments is a social agribusiness enterprise working along the whole agricultural supply chain to bring agricultural products to marketplaces and working in close relationships with smallholder farmers in rural areas of Cambodia. Aliments produces safe agricultural products and provides the best available option for all consumers by bringing a real quality of local food and fresh produce to the Cambodia market. Aliments was registered as a company in 2016 and operated since 2016, based in Phnom Penh.
The business mainly focused on supplying food-safety products, including organic fruits, vegetables, and different kinds of meats to both local and foreign consumers. Aliments’ strategies are to focus on four aspects such as producing, processing, retailing and wholesales of safe and organic fruits, vegetables, and meats in Phnom Penh and several provinces. To build customer’s trust, Aliments has been adopting food safety and producing agriculture commodity standards, namely the EU, USDA, HALAL, and ISO Standards as well as Cambodia Good Agricultural Practices (CamGap), Global Good Agricultural Practices (Global Gap), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Participatory Guarantee Systems.
